Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy as long as your purchase is still in saleable condition. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange with 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. 

Please contact us first by email at help@19shines.com to be provided your Return Merchandize Authorization Number as well as the address of the location where the product should be returned to. 

To be eligible for return, the conditions below should be met :

  • Your item must be faulty or damaged
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Your item must also be in the original packaging
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • It must not be sale items since they are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded
